This 300ZX was originally delivered new to Stovall Nissan in Morrow, GA and shortly after acquired by Mountain View Nissan in Chattanooga, TN then sold on 9/8/1989 to its singular owner from Harrison, TN. It is finished in code EJ0 Gold Pearl which was only offered in 1990 and 1991 in which research indicates just 1,206 were produced in this shade. The interior features charcoal cloth bucket seats and most notably absent is the lack of rear seats as this is not a 2+2 version, but rather the more desirable true coupe.
Under the hood is the fuel injected VG30DE 181ci 3.0L V6 engine rated at 222 horsepower and 198 lb.-ft. of torque mated to a 5-speed manual transmission. It is equipped with a T-Bar roof with glass panels, 16″ alloy wheels, integrated fog lights, multi-adjustable driver’s seat, air conditioning, power mirrors, locks, and windows, power steering, 4-wheel vented power disc brakes with ABS, 4-wheel independent multi-link suspension, dual exhaust, an AM/FM/Cassette stereo with 4-speakers, power antenna, leather wrapped steering wheel, and rear window wiper with washer for a total as delivered MSRP of $27,560.
It is in fantastic original condition having been under the car of its original owner since new in Tennesse with just 44,402 miles of use. Everything is in working order and it comes complete with the original window sticker, original books and manuals, original keys, and a copy of the original 1989 issued TN title.
