This 944 S2 is finished in the ultra rare shade of Cyclamen Red Pearl over a Beige Gray leather interior along with a black convertible top. Under the hood sits a 3.0L inline 4-cylinder engine rated at 208 horsepower and 207 lb-ft of torque fitted to a 5-speed manual transmission. This example is well optioned with factory dual power comfort seats, driver seat lumbar support, cruise control, air conditioning, ABS brakes, an alarm system, and a sound system with amplifier. Additional features include power assisted four-wheel disc brakes with ABS, 16″ Design 90 alloy wheels, pop-up headlights, and fog lights.
This example has spent nearly all of its existence in the warm dry state of Arizona spending 31 years with the original owner in Paradise Valley, AZ. It was acquired by its second titled owner in 2021 and relocated to Mesa, AZ followed by El Paso, TX in 2022. In 2023 it would move onto its third titled owner, also in El Paso, TX, until our acquisition in March 2024 and subsequent relocation to our facility in Livonia, MI.
Upon our acquisition we had our trusted independent Porsche service center Automotive Techniques in Novi, MI perform services including a full front to back inspection, replaced the time belt and water pump, replaced the cam sensor, and changed the brake fluid at a cost of $2,600. We then had our trusted trim vendor repair the inoperable soft top, a common problem point with cabriolets, at a cost of $4,700 and now it is in excellent working order. We also installed a new battery as well as provided it with a thorough in-house detailing including a paint correction and polishing.
