Vintique Motors is thrilled to present this 14,800-mile 2007 Dodge Magnum SRT8!
The Magnum nameplate was revived by Dodge in 2005 to be applied to a Charger-based wagon on the rear-wheel drive LX platform and was offered until 2008 in four trims consisting of SE, SXT, RT, and SRT8. The SRT8 trim is a high-performance version based on a concept vehicle that was shown at the 2003 LA auto show and was offered from 2006-2008. It features a 6.1L Hemi V8 producing 425hp, a 5-speed automatic, 20″ forged aluminum wheels bolstered bucket seats, a slightly lowered suspension, and more aggressive bodywork. It is estimated that just 3,845 were produced over the 3-year model run.
Finished in Torred over a two-tone dark and light slate interior, per generally accepted production figures, this example is 1 of just 165 produced in Torred of the 855 Magnum SRT8’s produced for the 2007 model year. It is heavily optioned with $6,190 in optional equipment consisting of SRT option groups 1, 2, and 3, rear seat entertainment, power sunroof, and side airbags for a total delivered MSRP of $44,660. The rear seat entertainment option is extremely rare and included a remote control and two sets of headphones for the rear occupants. Modifications are limited to a K&N cold air intake, MSD coil packs, and a SLP cat-back exhaust system. It comes complete with the original keys, books, manuals, brochures, window sticker, original coil packs, and recall completion documentation.
This example was sold new in Michigan and first registered in Lake Orion, MI on 6/29/2007. It was then acquired by its second owner from Maryland on 8/19/2008 with a reported 5,110 miles. It would remain with the second owner for the next 12 years until returning to Michigan being acquired by its third owner from Livonia, MI on 1/13/2022 with a reported 12,312 miles. We acquired it from the third owner on 5/9/2022 and sold it to its fourth owner from Grand Ledge, MI on 5/10/2022 with 12,523 miles. We reacquired it from the fourth owner on 8/4/2023 with 14,794 miles and today it is offered with 14,801 miles.
It has been regularly maintained per the service entries on the Carfax including having completed both the R25 and S43 recalls. When we owned it in 2022, we performed a fresh service and installed new Michelin tires. We recently gave it another fresh service and a light detail, and it is turn-key ready for the road.
